About the Chef

Chef Ted, originally from Poland, moved to France to follow his dream and passion – haute cuisine, and obtained a diploma with world renowned cooking school Le Cordon Bleu in 2009.

His work experience includes Michelin starred restaurant Le Violin d’Ingres, with well known chef Christian Constant.  He also had the pleasure to work with one of the best French Chefs Bernard Leprince (MOF) formerly of Le Tour D’Argent, at his Michelin starred restaurant on the Champs Elysees, Copenhague.  Beyond directly working with two of the most famous Chefs in France, he is inspired by the work of other great Chefs: Joel Robuchon, Michel Troisgros, Adeline Grattard, Guy Savoy, and Alain Passard.

He has been delighted to take this inspiration and experience and devote it to his own culinary business successfully catering numerous events from the very large – with over 200 people – to private dinners for 6 or 8, and also enjoys running cooking classes for adults and children in various cuisines.
